Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. The quote tool asks for gender, date of birth, general health, tobacco use, coverage amount and term length. Those six answers generate carrier quotes. Your name, address and health information are collected only when you decide to submit an application.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
They are the rates each carrier quotes for the health class you picked. The carrier's underwriting may confirm the class or shift it up or down after reviewing your complete health history. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance or a guarantee of any rate.
What happens when I click Apply?
You select your quote, provide your name, and are taken to a secure application built from your answers. You can pause and come back to it at any time, and you sign electronically once everything is complete. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), handles the application process.
Will I need a medical exam?
It varies by carrier, coverage amount, and your health details. Modern underwriting can often decide immediately for eligible applicants without an exam; each quote clearly states whether an exam is required, possibly needed, or unnecessary.
Is a longer term better?
A term should match the years when a household would struggle without your income: a mortgage, children's schooling years, a business obligation. Longer terms have higher monthly costs but freeze your rate for the full period. You can compare 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year terms right here to see the trade-off.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quote tool never asks for your name or email, we do not sell or share your data with third parties, and our traffic measurement respects Do Not Track signals. The privacy page spells out exactly what information moves where and why.
