What this website collects, how it uses it, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, self-assessed health, tobacco use, coverage amount and term. Those inputs go to a quoting service run by the carriers' application platform to produce rates; this website does not keep them. No name, address, phone or email is required to see quotes. Identical requests may come from a temporary cache so the quoting service isn't hit twice.

Applying

If you apply, your answers prefill a secure application on the carriers' platform, and you operate under its privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages all applications.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone, preferred reply method, a topic and your message. It goes by email to the agency; your email serves as the return address. This website stores no copy, no submission log and no message archive. A brief anti-abuse verification runs in your browser before send.

Measurement

This website counts page visits using first-party, cookieless measurement run from this domain. No cookies or local IDs are written; two bytes of your IP are redacted before storage; referring-page query strings are stripped; raw logs go away after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal information, use ad trackers, or embed third-party analytics. The only external code on this site is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, which loads only if you visit.
